Aside from maintaining different demonstration farms for lowland farming, CRTD maintains a Training Center that serves as a venue for various institutional and non-PBSP seminars, activities, and training programs.

The Training Center is only a two-hour travel from Manila, making it an ideal place for out-of-town seminars and trainings. The Training Center also provides an alternative venue for participants who want to experience a combination of the laid-back atmosphere of the countryside with the covenience of modern living. _______________________________________________________

Training Facilities

1 airconditioned conference room that can accomodate 30 persons.

1 large conference room which can accommodate 75 persons; convertible to 4 airconditioned function rooms.

1 Men’s and 1 Ladies’ dormitories that can accommodate 12 to 15 persons each

8 Non-airconditioned rooms for 6 persons each

1 Air-conditioned Guests’ Room for 4 persons

1 Dining Hall which serves farm-fresh fruits and vegetables and locally-processed foods by the CRTD model farm families

1 Farm House/Hut at the seat of a fishpond that can be used for small group discussion/workshops and for recreation (i.e., fishing)

Adequate audio-visual facilities and ammenities. (e.g. LCD, VCD Player)
